Processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders

We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times may vary for international destinations, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at soselenr@gmail.com and we'll look into it — including reshipping or refunding your order if it's confirmed lost in transit.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
