Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Jalento. If Jalento Miracle Balm doesn't work for you, you're covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

How it works

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date at soselenr@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll get your refund started. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Within 14 days of delivery, returns are free — we cover the cost of sending the product back.

From day 15 through day 60, you're still covered by the guarantee, but return shipping is paid by you.

If paying for return shipping isn't workable for you, email us at soselenr@gmail.com and tell us what's going on. We'd rather work something out than leave you stuck with a product you're not happy with.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You never pay return shipping on a damaged or incorrect order.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
